A man was walking on the beach, reflecting on his life. He had always wanted to make a difference, but didn’t know how.
Looking around, he saw thousands of starfish had been washed up.
Further on, he came to a woman throwing starfish back into the sea.
“There are thousands of dying starfish, how can you make a difference?” asked the man.
The woman, throwing another starfish, said “Made a difference to that one.” And she smiled.
