BBC News 24: Wednesday
We’re on BBC News 24 this coming Wednesday the 4th July, at 9:30am, and repeated laters.
All thanks to a documentary that they’ve been working on, involving one of our brave members called ‘Charlotte’ who chose to volunteer to speak to the BBC about her own personal perspective on self-injury.
You can watch the video now on the web, be aware of triggers though, and only watch it if you’re feeling up to it. It seems generally trigger free, but of course it talks about self-injury and emotional matters.
Click the ‘Self-Harm’ video link on this page.
I shall just pop on after the 5 minute documentary to mention the type of support available on our website and in real-life; I may well stutter, but I shall ensure I keep away from caffeine beforehand :)
Note the new boring top I shall be wearing, nicely uncontroversial!
