FirstSigns 2011 calendar on sale now

FirstSigns calendar 2011Our 2010 Calendar was a first for us, so we weren’t entirely sure how successful it would be. We needn’t have worried though as we were kept busy sending them out around the world and the feedback was awesome.

A couple of months ago we started receiving enquiries about a 2011 calendar, so once again we asked our members and supporters to submit photographs for possible inclusion. We were overwhelmed by the response and once again we’ve produced a beautiful calendar that would brighten your wall for an entire year.

Of course this project couldn’t have gone ahead without your photos, and we’re very grateful to everyone who submitted them; thank you very much.

This year our calendar includes member photos submitted by:

  • Staralfur
  • Aleksandra
  • Tricia
  • NMFF
  • Lea
  • Charis
  • Alice
  • Dawni

We understand that you might feel disappointed if your photo hasn’t been included. Every single photo we received was fantastic and we hope to use some more of them over the year in our other publications and on the web.

We received far more pictures than we needed, and as we were restricted by the demands of our printers we could only use photos of a high enough resolution to ensure a quality print. We hope you’ll understand if you photo hasn’t been included. There’s always next year!

We hope you’ll support our organisation by purchasing our professionally designed and printed calendar. We’re an unfunded org but our annual running costs are substantial.

And all of us; Wedge, our many volunteers and myself all give a great deal of our time for free, and our money, in order to provide a service to our members and continue to raise awareness about self-injury.

We make very little profit from our calendars, but every single £1 helps us.

Please support us and buy a calendar. Thank you.
