Hi my name is Billie I am 31 years old, I struggle everyday with issues with anxiety, depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts and feelings. I live alone, I have a borderline personality disorder which makes things really difficult for me, I’ve been self harming since I was 14 years-old, by punching walls, cutting and having extreme thoughts and feelings of wanting to end it all. I self harm via overdosing, punching walls, hitting my head off of walls, kicking walls, cutting and so on. I was looking for some support on managing these thoughts and feelings.
