Each badge is nearly 4cm across, so they're a little bigger than other badges you might see, and they have a standard pin fastening on the back of course. You get all three badges, so we hope you have fun wearing different badges at different times. Check out our prices and remember, all money goes towards raising awareness of self-injury.

Do you deliver to America?
Yes, we are happy to post your badges worldwide.
How much are 3 badges in Canadian dollars?
We can't be certain, it depends on the currency rate at the time of your purchase. As there are 2 Canadian Dollars to 1 British Pound, then a set of badges (at £3.00) should cost you less than $6.
How much is postage and packaging?
It's free - or rather, it's included in the total price.
Can I just buy several sets now, online?
Yes, please feel free to use the PayPal system to buy several sets, but please note you won't save any money on postage - therefore, if you wish to buy 4 or more sets, please email Jules <at> lifesigns.org.uk
Is it cheaper to buy them in bulk?

Can I buy 30 badges from you for our Club / Group?

Do you only sell them in the UK?
No, we sell badges worldwide - we post them from the UK.
I don't have a PayPal account, how do I buy keyrings?
You can use PayPal to use your Credit or Debit card - you don't actually have to have a PayPal account.
How do I pay by cheque?
You can only use a cheque if you live in the UK; Email Jules <at> lifesigns.org.uk for address details and instructions.
Are you making profit from these sales?
Well, yes, we are 'making money' from selling badges, but no, we are not making 'profit' as all 'profit' made goes back into buying more badges, leaflets, paper, ink, and other costs that help LifeSIGNS raise awareness about self-injury.
PayPal didn't work for me, I think your website is broken.
PayPal is separate from us, and I'm certain their system will work for you, please close your browser, re-open your browser, ensure that you have cookies enabled and try again. You may want to try a different browser, or have a friend help you. PayPal.co.uk have a comprehensive help system, please use it. If you email Wedge@lifesigns.org.uk he will tell you these things again to help you.

I want to pay by cheque but I live in Germany.
We cannot accept cheques from people outside the UK, you must pay by PayPal.
Is the pin safe
The pin has a standard, basic pin system; it's just a regular badge like all the other basic badges in the world, there are no extra 'safety' features on our badges.
I have small hands, will the wristbands slip off me?
Maybe, so you could either tie it on to your bag, or buy a keyring in the first place!
I don't like one of the designs, can I request just my two favourite ones?
No, they come as a set of three; perhaps you can give one away.
